Subscription & Renewal Terms

These terms explain MyPocket’s monthly renewals, recurring charges, 30-day cancellation notice, and service end arrangements.
Recurring charges and authorization
Monthly services renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with these terms and any minimum commitment. Your checkout and any signed agreement identify the selected service, price, billing date, and authorized payment method. Accepting the terms and completing payment checkout authorizes the selected recurring charges. Submitting an inquiry form does not authorize recurring charges or start a subscription.
Renewal dates
The initial service and billing dates are recorded in your agreement. Monthly renewal occurs on the agreed billing date. Any handling of short months, billing-date changes, or prorated periods must be documented before charges are made.
Current service plans
Website with Resource Bot & Admin is $225 per month, with first and last months due upfront ($450). Video Development and License is $74 per month with a minimum 12-month contract. ADA Widget is $25 per month when selected. Logo Design is $199 as a one-time fee. Business Apps is $149 per month, with first and last months due upfront ($298). If My Pocket registers and owns a domain for you, or you use a domain owned by My Pocket, you receive permission to use it during your service, not ownership. This is a domain ownership condition, not a separate paid service. My Pocket keeps the domain when service ends, and your permission to use it ends. This does not apply to domains independently owned by the client. Your checkout and any signed agreement specify the selected services and charges.
30-day cancellation notice
Provide written notice through Contact Us on the home page at least 30 days before the requested service end date. Identify your business, subscription, and requested end date. Service and applicable charges continue during the notice period and any remaining minimum commitment. Your agreement must specify the effective end date, final billing, and whether partial months are prorated.
Minimum terms and prepaid amounts
The 12-month minimum for Video Development and License remains binding despite a cancellation request, unless MyPocket agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. Upfront payments are nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly provided in a signed agreement. A prepaid last month is credited to the applicable final service month under the agreement.
When service ends
At the effective end date, recurring services covered by the cancellation stop. Hosting, administration access, Resource Bot access, support, widgets, or licensed media may cease where they are part of the canceled service. Ownership, continued license rights, domain access, data export, and transfer assistance are governed by the signed agreement. Arrange any authorized export or transfer before service ends; do not assume hosting or support continues afterward.
Changes and billing questions
Price or service changes must be communicated before they take effect, with any notice or consent required by law and the signed agreement. Use Contact Us for billing questions. These terms do not override nonwaivable legal rights.
