Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains MyPocket’s nonrefundable upfront payments, cancellation notice, and minimum service commitments.
Upfront payments and refunds
Upfront payments, including deposits and prepaid first and last months, are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund or a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Requesting cancellation
Provide written cancellation notice to MyPocket at least 30 days before your requested service end date. Use the Contact Us form on the home page and identify your business, service, and requested end date. Keep a copy of your notice. Cancellation remains subject to any minimum commitment in your signed agreement.
Website upfront payments
The Website with Resource Bot & Admin plan is $225 per month. The first and last months are due upfront, totaling $450. The prepaid last month is applied to the final applicable service month under your agreement; it is not a cash refund. The timing of that credit and any other fees must be documented in your agreement.
Minimum commitments
Video Development and License is $74 per month with a minimum 12-month contract. A cancellation request does not waive the minimum commitment or amounts owed under the signed agreement. Any early termination arrangement must be agreed in writing. Other services follow the minimum commitments specified in their signed agreements.
Project work and committed costs
For project-based services, cancellation does not erase charges for completed work or noncancelable third-party costs authorized under the signed agreement. Any remaining balance, deliverables, and handover arrangements follow that agreement. Additional fees will not be created solely by this policy.
Questions and legally required refunds
Use Contact Us on the home page to ask about a charge or request a refund required by law or your signed agreement. Include the relevant service and payment details, but do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Applicable law takes precedence; a signed agreement controls service-specific terms where legally permitted.
